Deliveries are free on all orders above £300 in value for 2 - 3 day standard deliveries across UK mainland.
Delivery times vary with the courier, especially during the busy periods in the year when it may take longer.

Standard Delivery: Usually takes 2-3 Working Days
Next day delivery: Available on orders placed by 3pm for delivery next working (delivery on saturday or sunday by special arrangement only)
Plain packaging is used, usually brown cardboard & packing paper with no logos on outer packaging.
All delivery times are approximate and are subject to availability of stock but we aim to deliver all our parcels within 7 days.
IP Cameras UK undertakes to do their utmost to deliver to you within the estimated times but we cannot make any guarantees. You will be required to sign on receipt of your order. Please make sure there will be someone available to collect the parcel and sign for the parcel when it is delivered. Returned consignments due to "customer not present / non-delivery" will be liable for the delivery costs which will be deducted from your account.

A:If a parcel appears to be damaged do not accept the parcel without first checking the contents (if the parcel has been opened or the goods inside the parcel are damaged DO NOT ACCEPT THE PARCEL)

A: No, this is not a service that we are able to offer at present.
Q: Do I have to be there to sign for my delivery?
A: All Deliveries made by courier will require a signature.
Q: What delivery locations can I have online orders shipped to?
A: Online orders can be shipped to anywhere in the UK, Channel Islands or the Republic of Ireland, unfortunately we can not ship to locations other than these at present.
Q: Can I change my delivery address once my order has been submitted online?
A: No, once you have submitted your order you will be unable to change delivery address.
Q: What international delivery locations do you ship to?
A: None, unfortunately we can not ship to locations other than the UK at present.
Q: Can I cancel a delivery I have placed online?
A: It is only possible to cancel a delivery if we are notified immediately following the order placement. Q: What happens to my order nobody is available to receive my parcel?
A: A card will be posted through your door advising of a delivery attempt and the courier will usually try again the following day. If you know you will not be available for the second attempt look for the contact telephone number on the card, call the number on the card you will be able to re-book a delivery day, or arrange to pick the parcel up from the local depot. There may be additional charges applicable for non-delivery so you should ensure that an adult is present to sign for the goods.
Q: Is there a delivery charge and how long does it take?
A: If the total of your order is below £100.00 there will be a £12.50 delivery charge for all UK deliveries. Parcels are normally sent next working day and.are usually dispatched using either Raoyal Mail Special Delivery, Parcelforce, DHL,or City Link.
Weather Conditions : In poor weather conditions such as heavy snow fall or flooding our delivery companies may experience some delays in service. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused.
