We hope you will be pleased with your purchase but should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product subject to the below conditions.


Returns Policy:

Unwanted Items

  1. * Unwanted products must be returned within 7 days after recieving the goods in their original, unopened packaging.
  2. * Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be the sales receipt, a bank statement or an online sales invoice.
  3. * We cannot return unwanted items after 7 days of purchase, nor can we return items that have been opened or have been used.
  4. * Special orders and software may not be returned.
  5. Any network video recorders built or modified by IP Cameras UK to customer's specifications are non returnable.​
  6. * Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  7. * Return items must be properly packaged in a shipping carton, insured, and shipped by a method that offers delivery verification.
  8. * No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued after the 21 day period.
  9. * After the 7 day period products may be returned for warranty repair/replacement only.
  10. * Should we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item (in which case the item will be returned to you), or a deduction made to the refunded amount.
  11. Returns for credit are only permitted with the Supplier’s prior consent in writing. Such returns must be sent to the Supplier freight pre-paid in an unused condition, quoting all relevant invoice/shipping numbers. A re-stocking charge may be made of 20% of the invoice value, however, a higher rate will apply if re-packing or re-cartoning is necessary.

Faulty Items

  1. * If your product develops a fault, you can return it to IP Cameras UK
  2. * If this is within 21 days of purchase, you will be offered an exchange or refund. You can exchange the product for any item of the same value or receive a complete refund.
  3. * After 21 days of purchase we will aim to repair your product in accordance with the manufacturer's guarantee. If a repair is not available or possible, we will replace your product like for like.
  4. * Return items must be properly packaged in a shipping carton, insured, and shipped by a method that offers delivery verification.
  5. * There will be NO refund, return or replacement if the user damages the equipment due to the wrong voltage applied to the system, reverse polarity, power surge, water damage or lightning or incorrect usage.


We will refund or credit the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us and the product has been examined.


IP Cameras UK return process for unwanted/faulty items

For all unwanted returns, please fill out the form by following this link: returns page

A member of staff from the IP Cameras UK returns department will then contact you within 5 working days.

If your return is accepted, you will be issued with a RMA returns number and details of where to send your unwanted item by email.

Upon receipt, we will examine the returned good(s) and notify you by email of the outcome. Refunds are normally issued within 10 working days.
